Get To® Scholarship Nomination Form

Eligibility

• Graduating Senior
• Must have participated in a sport for at least three years
• Must have maintained a 3.0 GPA or higher
• Must align with the Get To® motto and philosophy as identified by the athletic director
• Should be community involved, donate time to charities or causes, and demonstrate other leadership capabilities
• Must receive nomination from high school Athletic Director or school Administrator (i.e. Principal, Vice Principal, etc.)

Scholarship Timeline

• October 15, 2022 - Scholarship Applications Open
• January 15, 2023 - Scholarship Applications Close
• February 1, 2023 - Select Applicants Invited to Interview
• February 15-28, 2023 - First Round Interviews
• March 1, 2023 - Select Applicants Invited for Second Round Interviews
• March 15-31, 2023 - Second Round Interviews
• April 15, 2023 - Scholarship Decision's Released
• TBD - Scholarship Reception Luncheon

Requirements of Scholarship Winners

• Scholarship Winners must attend at least one Get To® event each year they receive scholarship funds.
• Scholarship Winners must be willing to participate in our Student Ambassador program. Details regarding the Student Ambassador program will be released soon!

Scholarship Renewability

• Scholarship Winners are eligible to apply for renewal of their awards for up to 3 additional years after their initial award.
• For example, a scholarship award of $500 could be renewed a maximum of 3 times for a total scholarship award of $2000 over 4 years ($500 per successful renewal).
